  • Delivery Policy.

    Shipping time is the number of business days (Monday-Friday) it takes a product to reach the final order recipient from the date it is shipped from our store.

    The delivery of the order to the recipient will be made in 72 hours using the “pick it up in store option” after receiving the order. Later we will implement home delivery option and you will be informed in your email.

    Your family will be contacted by our staff in Pinar del Rio to inform that his order is ready to pick it up and can be collected at our store located in Martí Street No 2 Pinar del Rio.

    To collect these products the owner of the order must be present their identity card number and order number in the opening hours of the store. Any concerns you have your family can be clarified at the time of contact.

    The order delivery will be notified to the client 1 or 2 days after the delivery timeframe.

  • Policy of receiving the order on destination.

    Deliveries are done in a personalized way at final recipient’s home. If the beneficiary is not present at the moment the visit is done, the package will not be delivered to neighbours, friends or any other person who is not duly specified by the buyer on the order. The buyer could include a second alternative name for delivery in the case that the person stated as beneficiary is not present at the moment of the visit.

    The customer should check along with the distributor that all the products included in the bill were received. If any product is missing YOU SHOULD NOT RECEIVE THE PACKAGE. When the customer sign the bill, not claims are accepted by the distributor.
